He owns a very large garage and also sells spare parts. Some of the hoses are used for maintenance and some for sale. Every time he places an order, the quantity is 2000-5000 pcs.

The reason he works with us is that his reputation is messed up by his original supplier, his requirements for quality are very high, each hose has its own logo on it and kind of famous in the local industry.

According to what he said, the supplier was quite strict in quality control in the first half-year, and occasionally there were some defective products, but they could still be used. Until later, the quality got worse and worse, and many hoses could not be used at all because of damage.
