Paishun is committed to providing solutions to any problem related to rubber hoses, with a promise to keep their word, provide heart-to-heart service, innovate technically, and win with quality. Their accuracy in rubber formulation has been improved to 0.1 gram through collaboration with high-tech laboratories, and their use of infrared-ray controlled devices has enabled hose ID and OD to reach up to 0.1mm. Paishun utilizes top-level crimping and frozen braiding machines, as well as complex extruding, winding, and film coating techniques, with strict material treatment programmed automatically by computers. All measurements, adjustments, and verifications are controlled within the same system to ensure quality.

Already invested much in research, and laboratory equipment, Paishun uses a series of tensile testing machines, vulcanization testing device, aging testing chest, pressure testing machines, to ensure the effective quality control, covering the whole process beginning from the raw material, till the final product. Facing an increasing need from customers, a service of customizing the products is also available. Paishun has been authenticated by quality control system of ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016. Till this year, over 20 certificates and testing credentials have been obtained, like ISO3821, RoHS, REACH, cUPC, KTW, NSF etc…

From design, draw, produce, to QC, pack and deliver, each step full of details is made with accuracy. Then, smart warehousing and delivery system help the goods arrive to destination port or to door. Our sales department is above all a supporting department, serving our customers to expand market. We together can communicate easily in English, French, and Spanish.

Automotive silicone and rubber hoses play a critical role in the cooling, air intake, turbo, radiator, and intercooler systems of various vehicles, including Racing Karts, Cars, Trucks, Buses, SUVs, Motorbikes, Marine Vehicles, Turbo Diesels, UTVs, ATVs, Agricultural Vehicles, and construction machinery like excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
