Our laboratory is equipped with more than 20 sets of equipment, including polymer vulcanizers, high and low temperature testing chambers, ozone aging chambers, tension testing devices, and hydraulic blasting machines. Production Process

PassionHose has made significant investments in research and laboratory equipment, including a series of tensile testing machines, vulcanization testing devices, aging testing chambers, and pressure testing machines. These tools ensure effective quality control throughout the entire production process, from raw materials to the final product.

Being a manufacturer possessing a complete production line, complete equipments and testing capacity, we put high resources in R&D work. At present, VO flame retardant brething hose has been successfully developed; as well as high conductivity rubber hoses; premium quality high and low temperature resistant hoses; alongside all mediums delivery hoses, all color hoses, and multi-layer high pressure hoses.

Quality control capability

5S standard shall be strictly implemented on the production site. From raw materials to finished products, we organize control at all levels, supervised by quality inspectors. The worker at production plant shall follow the operation instructions. All personnel shall abide by the "Three NO's" principle, i.e. no production of defective products, no acceptance of defective products and no outflow of defective products.
