Whether the inner wall of the silicone hose is smooth or not will affect the performance of the product to a certain extent.
So, inspecting the inner wall of the special-shaped silicone hose with a smaller inner diameter will be a difficult problem.

This client is a large-scale motor parts supplier. They request PU wrapped PTFE hose from us.


The client sent the detailed request to us, including the dimension, temperature, and pressure. Along with the drawings.
After checking the drawings carefully by our experienced technician, we did a fast response and recommended the most suitable hose.


Then prepared the sample quickly.
After many tests, the client approved the sample and sent us the NDA, and PO.

This customer is a large-scale main engine plants after-sales support provider.

We contacted us for the first time in July 2019. In the following period, they sent us many inquiries and consulted us on many technical issues. We are patient to help customers solve one by one, leaving a good impression in their mind.

The time has come to April 2020, the customer sent us an inquiry for a tube, this tube has a high temperature resistance requirement, and the shape is irregular, and the forming of the elliptical cross-section has a high requirement for the production process. The customer said that his existing suppliers could not solve these problems, so he asked us for help.

When we got the drawings, we had a preliminary solution for this product. The first point is the mold, the second point is the material.
1.Because of the irregular and elliptical cross-section of the tube, regular molds can not meet the requirements. So we found a machining center and an engraving machine to ensure the size of the ellipse. Section cutting we also use 3D printing to cut to ensure the length of the product and the flatness of the section.
2.The material is peroxide EPDM used by domestic OEMs. The material performance is very good and can reach the Volkswagen standard. Then the process, product performance, peel strength, and pulse are all very good. This product represents the highest standard of materials such as EPDM.

After many test, report and profiles, customer place an trial order. When customer got this product, they gave the highest evaluation, which perfectly met their needs. Now that the trial order has passed the customer's test, the customer will place a official order soon. We are 100% confident to make official orders perfect!

The client found us on Alibaba, and he is a repair shop and retailer and has his own racing team.
His friend is a racer. Originally, he assisted his friend in changing the racing parts when the racing goes. He found they always need to buy a lot of racing parts in advance, including the various hose, rubber parts, pipe, etc. And after the racing end, he and his friend need to repair the racing car.

What is a PTFE Hose?



A PTFE hose assembly is a hose lined with Teflon, also known as Polytetrafluoroethylene, with specific end connectors. Our comprehensive range of PTFE hose assemblies is made to meet the stringent temperature, pressure and vacuum service requirements found in food, pharmaceutical, medical, beverage petrochemical and dairy product applications. The PTFE compound offers unique properties which include excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance (from minus 60°C/76°F up to 260°C, 500°F), high working pressure rating (up to 552 bar) and a frictionless, easy clean surface.


PTFE hoses are available in smooth bore or convoluted bore PTFE with an assortment of grades, covers & end terminations. The compounds are manufactured from Daikin or DuPont granules in virgin or Anti-Static PTFE to FDA 21.CFR.177-1550 compliance.
