EN 856 4SH is a high-pressure, spiral-wire reinforced hydraulic hose designed for extreme-duty applications. It features four layers of high-tensile steel wire spiral reinforcement, an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube, and a weather- and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover. It operates at temperatures from –40°C to +121°C and delivers a constant working pressure of 350 bar (5,000 psi) across all sizes. It is commonly used in heavy machinery, mining equipment, marine systems, and high-impulse hydraulic circuits where maximum performance and reliability are required.

SAE 100R16 is a high-pressure, compact steel-wire-braid reinforced hydraulic hose designed for high-pressure lines with restricted installation space. It features an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube and one or two high-tensile steel wire braid reinforcements, covered with an abrasion, oil, and weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer layer. It typically operates at a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C and delivers working pressures up to 35 MPa (5,000 psi) depending on the hose size. Available with Metric 24° Cone, BSP 60° Cone, PT Male Thread, and UNF 74° Cone configurations, our Push-Lok fittings are widely used in data center liquid cooling systems, new energy cooling circuits, industrial fluid transfer, and return line applications. Custom manufacturing according to Eaton Aeroquip, Yokohama, Parker, and customer-specific standards is available.

SAE 100R8 is a standard for high-pressure thermoplastic hydraulic hoses. It features a thermoplastic inner tube, a single braid of high-strength aramid fiber (like Kevlar) reinforcement, and a durable polyurethane cover. As the thermoplastic equivalent of SAE 100R2A (two-wire braid rubber hose), it delivers comparable working pressures of up to 5,000 psi (350 bar) while being significantly lighter and more flexible, with a superior bend radius.

SAE 100R7 is a standard for high pressure thermoplastic hydraulic hoses. Its core is made of oil-resistant synthetic thermoplastic (Nylon), reinforced by one or two braids of high-tensile synthetic fiber, and covered with an abrasion-resistant polyurethane layer. This design makes the hose extremely flexible, lightweight (up to 60% lighter than rubber hoses), and highly resistant to chemicals, weathering, and ozone.

EN 854 1TE is a low-pressure, single-textile-braid reinforced hydraulic hose designed for general-purpose fluid-handling applications. It features an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube, one high-strength textile braid, and a weather- and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover. Operating from –40°C to +100°C, it delivers working pressures up to 50 bar (725 psi) depending on hose size. It is commonly used for return lines, suction lines, pneumatic systems, and low-pressure hydraulic circuits.

SAE 100R6 is a low-pressure, single-textile-braid reinforced hydraulic hose designed for general-purpose fluid-handling applications. It features an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube and a single braid of high-tensile textile yarn reinforcement, covered with a weather- and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber outer layer. Operating within a temperature range of –40°C to +100°C, it provides working pressures up to 3.5 MPa (500 psi), depending on the hose size. It is commonly used for return lines, suction lines, and low-pressure hydraulic systems in industrial, agricultural, and mobile equipment.
