SAE 100R16 Hydraulic Hose with High Pressure
SAE 100R16 is a compact, high-performance hydraulic hose engineered for versatility and superior flexibility. Its two-wire braid construction offers approximately twice the flexibility of comparable SAE 100R2 hoses, resulting in a significantly smaller minimum bend radius that simplifies routing in tight spaces. While it provides working pressures comparable to standard two-wire braid hoses, its compact design makes it an excellent space-saving solution for demanding hydraulic circuits. With a 4:1 safety factor, broad fluid compatibility, and proven performance in off-road, agricultural, and industrial equipment, SAE 100R16 has become a widely adopted, multi-purpose standard that also meets ISO 11237 R16 and EN 857 2SC performance requirements.
