SAE 100R15 is an ultra-high-pressure, multi-spiral-wire reinforced hydraulic hose designed for the most extreme high-impulse applications. SAE 100R12 is a high-pressure, spiral-wire reinforced hydraulic hose designed for severe-duty applications. It has four spiral layers of high-tensile steel wire, making it extremely strong and flexible.
EN 854 3TE is a medium-pressure hydraulic hose reinforced with two high-strength textile braids. It features an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube and a weather- and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover. Operating from –40°C to +100°C, it delivers working pressures up to 125 bar (1,810 psi) depending on hose size. It is commonly used for return lines, medium-pressure hydraulic systems, and pneumatic applications where steel wire reinforcement is not required.
EN 854 2TE is a medium-pressure, double-textile-braid reinforced hydraulic hose designed for general-purpose fluid-handling applications. It features an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube, two high-strength textile braids, and a weather- and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover. Operating from –40°C to +100°C, it delivers working pressures up to 85 bar (1,230 psi) depending on hose size. It is commonly used for return lines, suction lines, pneumatic systems, and low- to medium-pressure hydraulic circuits.
SAE 100R3 is a medium-pressure hydraulic hose with two braided layers of high-tensile textile fiber reinforcement. It features an oil-resistant nitrile inner tube and a weather- and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber cover (typically neoprene). Operating at temperatures from –40°C to +100°C, it delivers working pressures ranging from 2.6 MPa to 10.5 MPa (375–1,520 psi), depending on the hose size. It is commonly used for return lines, suction lines, and low- to medium-pressure hydraulic systems.
