Many factories exaggerate about quality and performance without doing this basic requirement well.
Let me share with you a true story that happened to one of our clients.
Still, We can remember our first conversation with the client.
It starts with a very different opening line, " can you make the hose's surface good and no defects?"
"Of course Sir, how can we help you?"

Honestly, when we see these pictures, we feel incredible.
Because this level of defective products has never happened to us, and it will never be delivered to our customers' hands.
So I told the client with great confidence at that time, believe us, this situation will never happen in Passion Hose.
I have such strong self-confidence not only because we will never make such hoses, but for us, no damage inside and outside, no unnecessary rubber on the junction, clean surface and cut section are the most basic requirements for us.

And now let me talk about the client.
He owns a very large garage and also sells spare parts. Some of the hoses are used for maintenance and some for sale. Every time he places an order, the quantity is 2000-5000 pcs.
The reason he works with us is that his reputation is messed up by his original supplier, his requirements for quality are very high, each hose has its own logo on it and kind of famous in the local industry.
According to what he said, the supplier was quite strict in quality control in the first half-year, and occasionally there were some defective products, but they could still be used. Until later, the quality got worse and worse, and many hoses could not be used at all because of damage.
