How can we cut the hose neatly?

Measured by hands is not stable.
What if the quantity above thousands of meters? Are you going to measure them meter by meter?
The advanced equipment solves this problem, every batch of production process will be record and log in the system, if there's any tolerance above or blew the setting data, it will alarm and record in the logbook.

1. Gather the necessary materials for extruding plastic tubes, such as a plastic extruder, plastic pellets, and a die.
2. Place the die into the plastic extruder and secure it.
3. Load the plastic pellets into the hopper of the extruder.
4. Turn on the extruder and adjust the speed and temperature settings according to the type of plastic being used.
5. Monitor the extrusion process to ensure the plastic is properly extruded.
6. Once the plastic tubes have been extruded, turn off the extruder and remove the die.
7. Allow the plastic tubes to cool before handling.

The tensile test of rubber parts is to test the tensile strength of the rubber hose.


If the tensile strength is not enough, the rubber hose is prone to cracking or bursting. 


Each batch of Paisun's raw materials must pass this test before production to ensure the quality of the finished rubber hoses.

We use the ERP system to manage the incoming and outgoing of raw materials. All raw material is palletized and stored in a designated area. This enables our daily order production to run efficiently and without errors.  


In addition, the storage area will be cleaned every day to ensure that raw materials are stored in a clean and sanitary space.
