Each steel wire is winded evenly by an advanced steel wire winding machine. Thus, each winding consis of 4 to 13 steel wires has a consistent tension, which is very important for a stable performance.

Before braiding, cool the inner tube to make it stronger, to avoid damaging the inner tube while braiding. -40°C
