Since over 10 years, our R&D and production departments are always having devotion to all types of rubber hoses. Now, the
tolerance of inner tube diameter is controlled to +-0.1MM.
You can see, in our factory, which covers 5000 square meters, the complete production lines of rubber mixing process, cold feeding material extrusion process, micro wave vulcanization process, and high-speed braiding process.
In 2018, we have set dust-free workshop and obtained CE and I S O 9 0 0 1:2015 certificates

We now use a series of tensile testing machine, vulcanization testing device, aging testing chest, pressure testing machines to ensure the effective quality control.
