The specific how-to:
1. Seal the ends of the corrugated hose
2. Pressurize and place the hose in the water
3. Check the airtightness, according to the presence of bubbles to determine whether the hose leakage
4. If bubbles are generated: airtightness test fail→destroy the hose
If no bubbles: airtightness test pass→qualified hose
In the video, our QC colleague is inserting the two ends of a roll of corrugated hose into the interface of the testing equipment.
She will set the testing parameters to see if the hose will bubble.
Bubbling means water leakage and the airtightness test fails.
We are glad that we haven't detected any corrugated hose that failed the air tightness test so far.
