About Paishun

“Hangzhou Paishun Rubber And Plastic” founded in 2007, owns our general headquarter in the beautiful historical city of HANGZHOU. We hold "Suqian Paishun Hose Industry" and "Guangzhou PassionCo Hose" as shareholder companies. Both our own brands and OEM/ODM share 50% of our productivity. Knowing well the industries of all types of rubber hoses, as well as their applications, their international standards, we eager to help you to make rapid progress in your local markets. Covering 10,000 square meters, our factories have complete production facilities of rubber mixing process, cold feeding material extrusion process, micro-wave vulcanization process, and high-speed braiding process. Our hose lines are in categories like industrial hoses, hydraulic hoses, hoses for automobiles, and hoses for sanitary and drinking purposes. Yearly production capacity is now reaching 5 million meters. Since about 15 years, our R&D team members are always having big devotion to all types of rubber hoses, especially those of mid-to-high markets. Now, the tolerance of inner tube diameter is controlled lowest to +-0.1MM. We have introduced top level Crimping Machines with brand of Finn-Power. Thus, the tolerance of crimping diameters can be kept at +-0.1mm, even when in continuous crimping for long time operation. Since 2018, we have set dust-free workshop and till now have obtained CE, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and ROSH certificates. Our key policy is “Enterprise may only thrive with technology, may last with quality”. Therefore,  we invest much in researching, in laboratory equipments. Our technical team is in co-work with a military standards laboratory. They use a series of tensile testing machine, vulcanization testing device, aging testing chest, pressure testing machines to ensure effective quality control.
