SAE J30R7 fuel line
Standard fuel and oil (SAE 30R7) hose is rated for low-pressure applications at 50 psi working pressure up to 3/8 inch size, and 35 psi for sizes over 3/8 inch. This general-purpose hose contains light reinforcement, and the rubber materials can be any compound that is suitable for fuel, oil, and vapors.
Hose advantages
Hose cover with CSM material that is quite resistant to weathering.
Inner tube is made from NBR material with high proportion.
Resists to -30 ℃ to 125 ℃.
Expose hose to 100Mpa ozone with 70°c for 40H, no cracks were found when observing with a 7x magnifier.
Enable the hose to be installed in a narrow space.
Hose application
It is a fuel hose that can be used as a fuel line, PCV connection,
emission control line or fuel return line. It is a Fuel line and vapour emission for flexible connections between rigid fuel distribution lines and the engine, evaporative emission control systems and as a vent line.
SAE J30R9 fuel injection line
In recent years the ingredients included in the petrol we put in our cars has changed. Various Ethanols and Oxegenators have been added to make fuel cleaner and more efficient.
This Fuel Hose has been designed for use with Modern Chemically Aggressive Bio-Ethanol Enriched Petrol Formulations (E5 & E10) As per currently served petrol pump petrol. SAE J30 R9 is the highest SAE Specified Grading available for petrol fuel lines. Provides extra protection against fuel leakage through permeation therefore increasing vehicle efficiency.

With an Average Fuel Permeation Rate of 0.65g/m2/day~13g/m2/day.
Temperature Range -34°C to 135°C; Intermittent use at + 150°C.
The outer cover rubber is made from ECO rubber resists to aging perfectly.

SAE J30R10 fuel injection line
Submersible rubber hose which is specifically designed for in-tank applications. Inside and outside of the hose is suitable for constant contact with fuel, gasoline and other aggressive petroleum products.
