Yearly production capacity is now reaching 5 million meters. Since about 15 years, our R&D team members are always having big devotion to all types of rubber hoses, especially those of mid-to-high markets. Now, the tolerance of inner tube diameter is controlled lowest to +-0.1MM. We have introduced top level Crimping Machines with brand of Finn-Power. Thus, the tolerance of crimping diameters can be kept at +-0.1mm, even when in continuous crimping for long time operation. Since 2018, we have set dust-free workshop and till now have obtained CE, ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and ROSH certificates. Our key policy is “Enterprise may only thrive with technology, may last with quality”. Therefore,  we invest much in researching, in laboratory equipments. Our technical team is in co-work with a military standards laboratory. They use a series of tensile testing machine, vulcanization testing devices, aging testing chests, pressure testing machines to ensure effective quality control.
