Medium Pressure SAE J30R9 Fuel Injection Hose FKM / ECO Synthetic Rubber Hose
This section covers hose primarily intended to meet the demands of fuel injection systems. These
would include, for example, electronic fuel metering (EFM), electronic fuel injection (EFI), throttle body injection
(TBI), and the like.
This hose may be furnished in long lengths, specific cut lengths, or as a part preformed to a specific configuration. This hose is
suitable for use in normal operating temperatures of − 34 to 135 ° C ( − 29 to 275 ° F) and intermittent use at
150 ° C (302 ° F).
Permeation Barrier: oil and gasoline resistant FKM rubber material.
Tube: oil and gasoline resistant synthetic rubber compound(ECO)
Reinforcement: High tensile braided fiber (AR)
Cover: oil and gasoline resistant synthetic rubber compound(FKM)
◪ Exceptionally flexible for easy routing.
◪ Low Permeation Rate:
(with an average fuel permeation rate of 0.65g/m2/day~13g/m2/day).
◪ High Temperature Resistance:
(temperature range -34℃ to 135℃; Intermittent use at +150℃).
